  3. Daily Rituals How Artists Work by Mason Currey: A listing of the daily rituals followed by some of histories most famed artists. A good reminder that there are no “good” or “bad” habits but the repetition is what often leads to creativity.
  4. Living Without Stress or Fear by Thich That Hanh: I really enjoyed the art of living and decided to give this one a try. Although I don’t necessarily subscribe to buddhism I find some of the teachings insightful. I use this audiobook to fall asleep and am less concerned about absorbing all of the content.
  5. Friends, Lovers, and the Big Terrible Thing by Matthew Perry: Matthew Perry’s memoir that revolves around his struggles with addiction.
    The Art of Living by Thich Nhat Hanh: Teachings by Zen master Tich Nhat Hanh.
  6. The Five Dysfunctions of a Team by Patrick Lencioni: Provides an overview of team dynamics and behaviors that can impede teams from reaching their full potential.
  7. Death by Meeting by Patrick Lencioni: Provides details on how to run effective meetings that achieve results.
  8. The Culture Code by Daniel Coyle: Provides a good overview of how to build a culture that unlocks the full potential of your team. Another good listen for anyone aspiring to be in a leadership role.
  9. Leading Change by John P. Kotter: Good listen for anyone in a leadership role who is trying to influence organizational change.
  10. Atomic Habits by James Clear: A good listen for anyone who is trying to build new habits and break old ones. Listen to learn about the psychology behind habits and what you can do to hack your brain.
  11. Our Mathematical Universe by Max Tegmark:A number of the concepts are new to me and would require me to pay closer attention and would likely be better suited for reading.
  12. Zealot by Reza Asian: The story of Jesus of Nazareth through a historical and sociopolitical lense.
  13. The Tao of Pooh by Benjamin Hoff: An introduction that uses the characters from Winnie the Pooh to paint the principals of Taoism.
  14. The Map of Consciousness Explained by David R. Hawkins MD PhD: A series of talks given by Dr. David R. Hawkins that explores the concept of consciousness, the varying levels, and possible transitions.
